Manufacturing activities of Gnosis is being carried out in an advanced facility at Village Moginand, situated in Sirmour District of Himachal Pradesh. The facility is approximately 60 kms from Chandigarh and 50 kms from Ambala. Equipped with avant-garde manufacturing equipments which comply with the cGMP norms, the manufacturing plant creates over 900 unique drugs which are distributed to over 29 states of India and abroad. Set to serve the world though quality pharmaceutical products, we currently manufacture top-notch drugs across various therapeutic segments including Cardiovascular, Paediatric, Orthopaedic, Neurological, Gynaecological, Dermatological and Food Supplements. The dosage forms include Tablets, Capsules, Liquid Orals and External Preparations in General Section and Tablets, Capsules and Dry Syrups in Beta section. The manufacturing, testing and storage activities undertaken by the organization strictly comply with the cGMP standards of various regulatory authorities to ensure quality and stability in various processes. Gnosis boasts of a smart distribution wing managed by a competent team who are responsible for ensuring that the products reach far and wide and are available at the right place, in right quantity and on right time.

Third Party services/Contract Manufacturing

Gnosis offers contract manufacturing services to more than 45 organizations, manufacturing over 10,000 world-class brands across diverse therapeutic segments including Cardiovascular, Paediatric, Orthopaedic, Neurological, Gynaecological, Dermatological and Food Supplements. With a strong trace across the country, we take pride in being the most trusted partners for various healthcare organizations, who chose us to fulfil their pharmaceutical manufacturing demands. Here, we make best attempts to meet the third party manufacturing requirements and execute the contracts in the most dependable fashion. In the process, we follow a series of well-planned measures, which are mentioned as under:-

• All contractual orders are received at our Head Office (Marketing Division) through different means of communication;
• A detailed assessment of such orders is conducted through Feasibility Study;
• Once feasibility is ensured, costing, art work and other details are discussed and finalized with the third party;
• Purchase Order is then provided by the third party to the marketing division;
• Purchase order with specifications and directions are shared with our manufacturing site at Kala Amb;
• Batches are then planned, manufactured, packed and dispatched to the concerned parties with appropriate documentation and within committed duration.
• Quality check for products and processes is performed at every checkpoint.
